Fried Rice-vermicelli

packet rice vermicelli, soaked in warm water until soft
250gm chicken breast (slice thinly), 200gm peeled raw shrimps
250gm chinese cabbage (sliced), 250gm beansprout
2 carrots, peel and slice thinly
1 med onion, sliced
2 cloves garlic, sliced
3 tbsp soya sauce
1 tbsp oyster sauce
1 tbsp chili sauce
3 tbsp cooking oil
salt to taste |
 | Heat oil in a deep pan, fry onion and garlic
until fragrant |
 | add chili sauce, soya sauce,oyster sauce and
chicken and stir fry on high heat for 5 min. |
 | Add shrimp, vegetable (except beansprout)
and drained noodle, stir well until noodle is almost done,
add salt if necessary |
 | Add beansprout and stir fry for a few more
min, remove from heat and serve immediately |
