Sayuran Goreng

1 med carrot, peeled and
thinly sliced
150 gm cauliflower, cut into small pieces
1 red bell-pepper, quartered and slice thinly
150 gm green beans, cut
150 gm cabbage, cut into small pieces
1 medium onion, sliced
2 cloves garlic, sliced
1 tbsp oyster sauce and 2 tbsp dark soya sauce
1 tbsp cooking oil, salt and pepper to taste |
 | Heat oil in a deep pan, fry onion and garlic
until fragrant. |
 | Add all vegetable and stir fry but not too
limp. |
 | Season to taste with oyster sauce, soya
sauce, salt and pepper. |
