I love cooking and spoiling my
guests besides collecting cookbooks from all over the world. In Spring 98 I started a
catering
business called SERAI
specializing in Malay dishes. I do love for example Chinese, Indian, Thai, Vietnamese
and not to mention Cajun/Creole, Mexican and German/European cooking as well. I won't be
able to put all my favorite recipes on this
site, if there is a particular one that you are looking for just let me know and I will
